God has blessed Eternal Vision with a staff of experienced Christian professionals with expertise across a wide range of disciplines essential to ministry leadership. The professional staff members of Eternal Vision are experienced leaders committed to serving local churches and Christian schools to the utmost of their ability.
EV's professional staff is comprised of Bible-college graduates who have proven the Biblical principles they teach in their personal lives and ministry endeavors.
The founder of Eternal Vision, Dr. Mike Duffy, offers wisdom and insight to ministry leaders from God's word cultivated from his decades of experience as an evangelist, camp director, and ministry development specialist. Dr. Duffy graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in 1986 and received an honorary doctorate from Ambassador Baptist College in Lattimore, NC in 1995. Dr. Duffy traveled for more than 20 years as an evangelist, preaching revival meetings in more than 500 churches across America. From 1991 to 2002 while still in evangelism, Dr. Duffy served as the Director of Camp Chetek in northern Wisconsin. In 2003, Dr. Duffy became the Director of Development at Maranatha where he established a stewardship training program to help local churches train Biblical stewards. Dr. Duffy founded Eternal Vision in January of 2007 and served for 8 years as its President until his retirement in 2015. Mike and his wife, Geri, have three children and seven grandchildren.
EV's President and General Counsel, Attorney Matthew Davis, specializes in legal issues facing churches and Christian schools. Attorney Davis spent 8 years litigating religious liberty cases and advising thousands of ministry leaders on legal issues in Christian education, ministry employment and risk management as a staff attorney for the Christian Law Association. Dr. Davis now lives in Watertown, WI where he works full time as the Executive Vice President of Maranatha Baptist University. Dr. Davis served as the Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Eternal Vision from 2007 until 2015 when he was appointed by the EV Board of Directors to serve as the ministry's second President.
Dr. Davis grew up in Danville, IL where his father pastored for 14 years. After graduating from Maranatha Baptist University with a degree in Business Management, Dr. Davis went to law school at Southern Illinois University School of Law and is now admitted to practice law in Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin. Matt and his wife, Dana, have three sons.
