We desire to see “earth shaking” answers to prayer like they saw in Acts 4:31!

Our burden grows greater every day as we meet with leaders of churches and Christian schools. We have a growing sense of urgency to help these ministries as they seemingly operate in “survival mode.” The cause is right! And we believe we have an answer that will make an eternal difference for those who serve in and are served by these ministries. Please invest some prayer time on our behalf.

Please rejoice with us as we acknowledge the work of God through the ministry of Eternal Vision. The following are a few of His blessings toward us:

• Jim Rollick and his family will arrive in Watertown on June 28, 2007. We are looking forward to his work as our Director of Curriculum Development – Stewardship curriculum is a vital part of our ministry.
• An invitation to conduct a seminar about our ministry at the Great Lakes Educators Conference in September
• Our first three Leadership Meetings went very well. With each passing meeting we are more convinced we have “hit a nerve.” Follow-up contact with each ministry indicates that God is blessing our efforts!
• We have scheduled Leadership Meetings this summer to initialize our endowment building process in church and school ministries across the country. An invitation to move forward from each of these ministries will fill all our available dates for this year!

• Our ministry to pastors has already rekindled a desire for them to preach and teach on Christian education!
• We introduced our new ministry program called “Treasure Builders” to pastors of several area churches in May and hope to schedule these events later this summer to provide Biblical stewardship training for senior saints.
• We have been advised of a substantial pending gift to Eternal Vision. Pray that it happens.

Prayer

The following are some specific areas of need we ask you to pray for.

• The sale of Matt Davis’ home in Clearwater, FL
• The sale of Jim Rollick’s home in Geigertown, PA and safety in his move to Watertown
• Continued progress in the treatment of a pinched nerve in Mike Duffy’s neck. (Treatment is showing progress!)
• Pray for those considering positions on our Board of Directors and Educational Advisory Committee.
• Pray for the Leadership Meetings with ministries that have invited us to begin our ministry to them.
