    • Primary goal
      • Improving compensation packages for faculty and staff
      • Easing the financial burden on young families by either:
        • Creating a significant scholarship funding program
        • Reducing tuition
    • Secondary goal
      • Improving the ability to be more selective in student recruitment in order to control the learning environment
      • Providing assistance in quality improvement by providing:
        • Educational expertise
        • Curriculum development
        • Staff recruiting assistance
      • Providing funding for improvements in:
        • Facilities
        • Classroom technology
        • Staff development
        • Curricular and extra-curricular offerings
  • Strengthen the local church ministry by:
    • Improving the financial condition of its families
      • Through biblical stewardship education
      • By easing the financial burden for Christian education
    • Improving the financial condition of the church by:
      • Reducing or eliminating the need for general fund church support for the school
      • Strengthening a stewardship ministry that will result in:
        • Increased number of people tithing
        • Increased ability of people to give above a tithe
        • Increased giving from the school staff
      • Strengthening the staff by:
        • Providing more funding for staff
        • Eliminating time demand on church pastoral staff that the school requires
  • Strengthen the institutions of higher learning (colleges and seminaries) by:
    • Building strong relationships with churches and schools
    • Developing an ability to place education students into “career-type” ministry positions
    • Developing financial resources that will help improve their education programs
